Cabin Crew Certificate
This all-aboard cabin crew training program will equip you with the practical skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the airline service and cruise industry. The course is designed according to international aviation standards and provides students with a strong foundation on safety protocols, customer service and in-flight procedures
Admission Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Proficient in English
- Ability to move and swim
- Second Language as an added advantage
Learning Objectives
Upon successful completion of this course, each student should have: developed various career-related skills, knowledge and behaviours to effectively perform a variety of functions required in providing passenger safety and services specific to the aviation industry. The student should demonstrate knowledge and skills in: basic knowledge of aviation theory, the roles and responsibilities of aviation related personnel, safety and emergency procedures, various types of drills, aviation first aid, in-flight services and self-defense

Common Questions
- A Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 Certificate. An aptitude test will as well be conducted prior to starting of any pilot training course. You need to be medically fit and proficient in English, both written and spoken
No. You can fly as a flight attendant until retirement age provided you pass your annual recurrent training and meet the medical requirements, as well as the airline requirements. To do the course, we train any age, this is your decision to do the course and you should have an understanding of which airline will employ you at your age, every airline is different in their requirements of age. You must however be 18 years of age or older by the time you write your SACAA exam
It takes 6 months for certificate and an additional 6 months for diploma
